Our funds started this year positively. All reported their expected monthly performance.
The production of photovoltaic power plants from the NOVA Green Energy fund was below the value of the energy audit. Biogas stations and a biomass heating plant in Krnče were at the expected average. The Orlice shopping center in Hradec Králové, which belongs to the NOVA Real Estate fund, observe increase ofthe total turnover of tenants by 10.3% in 2020. Sub-fund 1 of the ARCA OPPORTUNITY fund owes the positive start of the new year primarily to income from receivables for private equity projects. In the equity part of the portfolio, the choice of defensive dividend titles have proven to be successful.
